A Bit About Us
Erbs Etc. was founded as a response to the negative environmental impacts of conventional farming practices. The food we consume too often requires substantial amounts of land, precious water resources, massive inputs of synthetic fertilizers, and hundreds of miles traveled by distribution transportation. In the context of global urbanization, Erbs Etc. believes there is immense value in growing fresh and nutritious produce with minimal inputs and near population centers. Our enthusiastic concentration on microgreens allows for sustainability-focused production while providing some of the most nutrient-dense food on the planet. Ordering & Delivery
We strive to provide the freshest microgreens possible. All orders are delivered between 9am - 1pm on Saturdays and harvested the day before delivery (unlike items from the grocery store). Our weekly cutoff for orders is Fridays at 5 pm. If purchased after this time, your order will be scheduled for delivery the following Saturday.

This restricted delivery area allows us to significantly limit the number of miles your microgreens travel. As we responsibly expand our operations, we will add zip codes to this list. Please email support@erbsetc.com with any requests outside of this area.

Your microgreens should last at least 7 days if refrigerated. We recommended rinsing before consuming.
